My philosophy has been to buy properties where we can clearly add value. In the past, this has meant buying the worst house on the block (sometimes the worst house in the entire neighborhood!) and bringing it back to life with major renovations.

 

I am passionate about real estate investing because I see it as a means, not only of providing financial security to my family, but as a way for me to improve the living conditions of those who live in my properties and to better the community in which I live.
