I use my expertise from business colleges and with past businesses to improve your business's bottom line. I provide consulting for businesses both large and small. The scope of my consulting ranges from pricing strategies and cost analysis on the smaller end of the investment scale to larger investments of the entire start-to-finish production and sales process. I can provide an impartial extra set of eyes to review a planned project, which may be completed in a single day, or I can organize and execute a market experiment to test prices or products, which may take multiple months. It all depends on what you want and what is best for your business.
Pricing
I offer a free estimate fpr the scope of the job. The final estimate is based off of a competitive rate for the time I will invest into the project and any required expenses.
Flexible Pricing and Payment
The basic pricing and payment system is a simple monetary payment (cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo). However, I recognize that many businesses and individuals seeking consulting may be those that do not have access to liquid assets. Rapidly growing businesses need cash to fuel their growth and struggling businesses probably do not have a lot of excess cash laying around to incur an additional expense.
My most preferred payment option is, therefore, one which includes company equity or performance incentives and less (or even zero!) cash. I am confident in my work and the clearest way I can show that I stand by my work and the investment of my time in your business is to negotiate compensation based on the improvements that result from my consulting.
Personal Consulting
My expertise in personal counsulting lies in personal finance and in real estate. I have extensive experience with helping families and individuals organize their personal finances so that they can feel more secure. I start with a very basic spreadsheet analaysis of annual and monthly income and expenses. With a healthy monthly bottom line, we can discuss how to put your hard-earned money to its best use: paying off debt, saving for college or retirement, or buying the house of your dreams.
